President Bush;Thank you for your 8 years of service to the United States of America. You were a symbol of strength and hope after the September 11th terrorist attacks against our nation. You were a model of faith when it came to your service to God and to your family. You stood by your convictions, right or wrong, and you supported our military soldiers and families when others failed. You never gave into terrorist demands and you held strong to your choices to free the people of Iraq from an evil dictator.
You also proved you were "human" like the rest of us in many ways. Your frequent bumbles in the use of the English language provided all of us with many a laugh and apparently gave SNL a lot of material to work with. No one person is perfect, not even the President.
Although I disagreed with some of your decisions during the recent economic crises, I still supported you as my President. May God's blessings be upon you as you start a new stage of your life.
